Points of interest

Purchasable Islands

  • Coastguard Outpost Beginner ($10,000): A small island with a small boathouse. A small boat/submarine can be spawned here.
  • Coastguard Outpost TT ($10,000): A small island with a hangar and helipad; a small VTOL aircraft can be spawned here.
  • Coastguard Outpost ($150,000): A medium-sized island with a large hangar, runway, and harbor.
  • Airstrip Base ($120,000): A small island with a hangar and airstrip, a small aircraft can be spawned here.
  • Harbor Base ($60,000): A medium sized island with a large harbor, a large boat/submarine can be spawned here.
    • Note: the harbor base fuel tank is powered by a weak solar panel and a battery, which does run out. If the buttons on the fuel tank are not working, it could be that it needs to be re-charged.
  • Military Base ($90,000): A medium-sized island with a large hangar and a runway. Large aircraft can be spawned here.
  • Custom Submarine Base: A medium sized island with a large cave and three buildable spots, a large boat/submarine can be spawned here.
  • Custom Small Boat Base: A small island with a small cave and one buildable spot, two small boats/submarines can be spawned here.
  • Custom Large Boat Base ($100,000): A small island with one buildable spot, a large boat can be spawned here.
  • Custom Helicopter Base ($30,000): A small island with a plateau and one buildable spot, can only be accessed by helicopter.
  • Custom Platform ($100,000): A platform in the sea which can be built on.
  • Sawyer Island (largest island in the game): Consists of several towns connected by roads with drawbridges, along with harbors and airbases, and a train terminal.
    • North Harbor ($60,000): Has a harbor with a workbench for editing large ships plus a train station workbench.
    • O'Neill Airbase ($120,000): Located near a train terminal where coal can be sold at a moderate price (about $4-5). Has a large hangar for spawning aircraft up to 35.75 m wide x 34.25 m long x 9.25 m tall (143 blocks long x 137 blocks wide x 37 blocks tall)
    • Harrison Airbase ($80,000): Located on the western side of Sawyer Island. Has a large hangar for spawning aircraft up to 35.75 m wide x 34.25 m long x 9.25 m tall (143 blocks long x 137 blocks wide x 37 blocks tall).
    • Fishing Village ($50,000): Located on the southeast side of the Sawyer Islands, the fishing village has a freight area with about a dozen shipping containers that can be transported to other areas for sums of money similar to other shipping missions. It does not have a train station, but it does have a harbor with a workbench for spawning large ships of up to 56.75 m (227 blocks) L x 21.75m (87 blocks) W x 19.75 m (79 blocks) tall. It also has road connections to the rest of the Sawyer Islands. It has a hospital and diesel gantry where diesel fuel can be purchased at a relatively low-to-moderate price of around $1-1.5, and the harbor has a diesel gantry where diesel can be sold for a similar though slightly lower price.
  • Creative base: A large island with an airstrip and a harbor, a large aircraft and a large boat can be spawned here. Only generates in creative mode.
  • Multiplayer Base: Has a massive hangar with two workbenches and separate work areas for spawning aircraft up to 35.75 m wide x 34.25 m long x 9.25 m tall (143 blocks long x 137 blocks wide x 37 blocks tall). Also has two harbor workbenches for spawning large ships of up to 56.75 m (227 blocks) L x 21.75m (87 blocks) W x 19.75 m (79 blocks) tall.
  • Isle of Donkk (the second-largest island in the game):
    • Terminal Camodo ($80,000): Includes a train station with four train sheds and a workbench, shipping containers that can be transported to other terminals for various amounts of money, and a harbor workbench for a large ship of up to 56.75 m (227 blocks) L x 21.75m (87 blocks) W x 19.75 m (79 blocks) tall. Also has a coal dropoff where coal can be sold for a moderate price (at about $5/unit). Located close to the Lighthouse OB Hospital which can be reached by rail, road, air, or water, and where diesel fuel can be purchased at a moderate price (about $1.5/L).
    • Terminal Spycakes ($40,000): Includes a train station with four train sheds and a workbench, shipping containers that can be transported to other terminals for various amounts of money, and a harbor workbench for a large ship of up to 56.75 m (227 blocks) L x 21.75m (87 blocks) W x 19.75 m (79 blocks) tall. Also has a nearby site to purchase diesel fuel at a moderate price (about $1.5-1.7/L), and slightly further off coal mine located on the same island where coal can be purchased at a low price (about $1.5/unit). Connected by road to the Dreimor Airstrip.
    • Dreimor Airstrip ($50,000): An airstrip with a hangar and workbench located on the main island. It can spawn aircraft up to 35.75 m wide x 34.25 m long x 9.25 m tall (143 blocks long x 137 blocks wide x 37 blocks tall).
  • Arctic: An area 100km north of the normal spawn area with icebergs and some islands with bases on it. It can be reached by plane, train or boat.
    • Tajin airstrip ($200,000): An airstrip where jet fuel can be bought at a steep price (about $18-23/L). This offers the only runway and hangar workbench in the arctic.
    • Terminal Endo ($100,000): A railway terminal near a site where diesel fuel can be purchased at a high price (about $4/L).
    • Terminal Trinite ($100,000): A railway terminal with a site for selling coal at a high price (about $38/unit)

Other islands and features

Arctic features:

  • BVG Logistics Depot: A non-purchasable island with two train terminals and a freight area for picking up and dropping off shipping containers. Diesel fuel can also be sold here at a high price (about $5/L).
  • Daylight Oil Refinery: A non-purchasable island with a train terminal and nearby pump crane which sells crude oil.

Isle of Donkk features:

  • Two small settlements: the settlement of Dreimor near the Dreimor Airstrip, which consists of three houses, and another settlement on the north coast, which consists of three houses and a small church.
  • A quarry in the middle with two mineshafts, a small one on the west side which leads to an exit on the southwest side of the island and a large one on the north side which leads to a large underground space with two more mineshafts. The shaft on the northwest side leads to a dead end as does the shaft on the east side.
  • Ruins on the west side of the island.
  • A lake in the middle of the island

Other small uninhabited islands:

  • Research Facility:
    • A small island with a research lab, a dock and a helipad.
  • Hospital:
    • A small island with a small hospital, three docks and a helipad.
  • Unnamed airstrip
    • A small island with a runway, a terminal to buy jet fuel, and a pump crane to sell jet fuel.
  • Unnamed refinery island
    • A small island where diesel and jet fuel can be bought, and where crude oil can be sold.
  • Police Station:
    • A small island with a police station, a dock and a helipad. (Note, as of late February 2021 the door at the police station allows you to walk right through it without having to open it, because of a glitch.)
